Authenticity Certification Forms (one per team) due at M3 Challenge headquarters for all teams that submitted a solution paper. |

Top six and honorable mention teams are notified. |

Validation judging with presentations by top teams, followed by awards ceremony at Moody's Corporation headquarters in Manhattan. Details and location to be announced. |

Forms
A signed Parental/Guardian Consent Form [17K PDF] required for each student participating in the Challenge. The form must be submitted to the M3 headquarters via fax, mail, or emailed scanned document no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 1, 2010.
A signed Understanding Rules & Guidelines Certification Form [19K PDF] is required from each team and must be submitted to the M3 headquarters via fax, mail, or emailed scanned document immediately following online registration or no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday March 1, 2010. This form requires the teacher-coach and student teams to certify that they have reviewed and understand the rules and guidelines prior to the Challenge.
A signed Authenticity Certification Form [16K PDF] is required for each team and must be submitted to the M3 headquarters via fax, mail, or emailed scanned document immediately following the solution paper upload and no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 12, 2010. Each team member and coach is required to attest to his or her acceptance of, and adherence to, the rules and guidelines for the contest and to certify that the work they have submitted is authentic.
