Register to Participate
Registration Deadline: Monday, March 3, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.
Each team must have a teacher coach from their school. The online registration form must be completed and submitted by the coach. The coach is responsible for registering the team correctly and for ensuring that all parts of the registration process are accurate and complete.
In addition, the coach is responsible for completing and returning two hard copy documents which must be received in the M3 Challenge headquarters on or before Thursday, March 6, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. or your team is subject to disqualification. The documents can be downloaded here:

The coach and all team members must read and sign this form and mail or fax completed form to (215) 386-7999 by March 6, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. - Parental/Guardian Consent Form [19K PDF]
Each student team member must complete this form and mail or fax the completed form to (215) 386-7999 by March 6, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.
What each coach will need to complete the online registration form:
- High School name, full address, phone
- Your email address and a back-up email address, if possible
- Minimum of 3 students, maximum of 5, from the same school
- Full names of all participating students on the team
- Each student's email address and mailing address
- Be prepared to select your challenge day (Saturday, March 8 or Sunday, March 9)
IMPORTANT NOTE: The coach and students from each team will be required to fill out an additional certification form after they submit their final solution paper.
