As Moody's Mega Math Challenge 2007 weekend (March 3-4) approaches, many people are wondering if last year's winning teams will shine again or be replaced by other schools and teams?

Below are some Frequently Asked Questions about the competition including a list of the top teams from Moody's Mega Math Challenge 2006 (along with the prize name and amount of each scholarship). These schools, along with more than a hundred others, are expected to participate in M3 Challenge 2007 on March 3-4, 2007.

When is the registration deadline?
Teams must be registered by February 26 at 5:00 p.m.

How much does it cost to register?
Nothing! There are no registration fees.

Where can we find additional information about the contest?
Complete information, rules, sample problems, and more can be found at MChallenge.siam.org or by contacting M3 headquarters.

Can coaches help their teams during the competition?
